I eat string cheese as a snack because its easily taken with you and high in protein. It comes in low-fat but I haven't seen any no-fat, so it may have more fat than you want to add in to you diet. If so, you could get blocks of fat free cheese and make your own snack pack of cheese cubes. I find that I have to invest some time and planning into the whole thing. I go to the gym (which is on-site where I work) and then work my 8-hr shift. With the gym, 8 hrs of work and 1 hr of lunch I am in the building almost 11 hours. I pack 2 small meals and 4-5 snacks in an insulated lunch box so that I have different choices while I'm there. I never eat everything I have packed, I just like to have variety to choose from. Thin slices of fat free deli meat and a piece of cheese also make a good snack. I add a little mustard. I also recently bought the Genisoy Soy Crisps that several people on here recommended. One serving has 2g of fat and 7g of protein, but a serving is 20 crisps and I can only eat about 4-5 at one time. Hope that gives you some ideas!
