Some days I can eat more than others and some foods I can eat more of than others. I can eat quite a bit of salad and other veggies. I can also eat quite a bit of fish and shrimp. I do not graze and I try to eat a meal in about 20 min or so. How many times a day are you eating? If it's 6 times that may be a bit much, but if it's only 3 then that sounds fairly reasonable. You are making good choices and I really feel that that is the bottom line.
