I'm not sure if it's "normal", but I think it's great that you are making the choices that will help you be healthy and keep your weight off. People are right though......before I could eat that many shrimp, some blooming onion with sauce, some fries, a few slices of bread with butter, maybe a bit of salad with ranch, and at least half a dessert. I think you are doing great. Maybe it just serves to remind us that eventually we CAN physically eat enough to gain if we haven't learned some good habits. I read or heard once, and not sure if it was here, that right after the surgery it does 100% of the work, later it does 80% and we do 20%, then it goes to 60/40, and eventually we have to do most of the work using our tool. I know, I didn't really answer the questions......but I think you are doing fantastic and of course you look awesome.
