How much food can you eat?
For all of you who are further out, how much can you/do you eat at a meal?
I am a little concerned because I can eat almost an entire chicken breast along with 1 small slice of zuchinni, the other night I ate 23 shrimp and 3/4 piece of garlic toast for dinner, and I can eat almost a whole pork chop and a handfull of steamed zuchinnis. It seems like a lot to me. Although its not really a bad thing, because these foods are good choices and I am getting in lots of protein. But I eat until I am satisfied and the above amount of food is what it takes to get me there. BTW, I try to finish all my meals within 10-15 minutes so the reason I can eat that much is not because I am eating in a grazing pattern. Oh and I do stay full for several hours afterwards. If I eat less then I am hungry about an hour after.
I guess I am just wanting some input on if this is normal or not?

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
