Tis kind of thinking is no good..... You said 'once' to me it sounds like it is, it sound like your getting back on track. Then yu say 'hopefully' not hopefully, definitely. Try this, " Now that I am back on track, I will definitely be a winner!" Its more positive... say it, and believe it!

You have to let your slip ups be just that.. goof ups. you are allowed to make mistakes, we arent perfect and we are learning newthings everyday. Like I said in support group last night, dont let your "lapse" turn into a "relapse". If you made poor choices and you acknowledge them ( it sounds like you have), and then you get on the good foot and get back on track, you wont fall into relapse. you wont go back to your old habits..... stay positive!

Perhaps you should log onto the ever loved website www.fitday.com and record your dail intake. Everytime you eat, you record it and be truthful. The you will get to a point where you wont want to admit eating the bad stuff so you wont eat it... but if you get to a point where you doeat the bad stuff, and you dont own up to it, youhave relapsed and you must get to a nutritionist or support group or therapist ASAP! Promise me you will? I want you to be 100% successful. I wouldnt pick a weight for your goal, your a big girl like me.. large bone frame and quite tall. Pick a size that you want ot obtain and go for it I too said I wanted to wear a 10, then when I hit 10 I said I wanted to wear single digit clothes... personally it doenst make too much difference, I feel and look as good whether its an 8 or 10 Im sporting.. and with vanity sizing I'm both, and so will you!! Get on the good foot honey.
(( HUGS )) coming your way sugar pea! We are here when you need us!

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment."
