Ok folks, I've got a friend who has perfected a Beef Jerky recipe and I have to tell you it's the most fabulous tasting Jerky! I'm addicted.. and it's very reasonable. I've got her to agree to send out samples to all you people who like Jerky. It's Teryaki flavored and a hot and spicy flavor is on the near horizon.
