Thats where I wanted to be and where I am at. I couldnt even imagine how horrid I would like losing an additional 30 pounds..... dammit! It in all aspects, the "numbers" game Im a failure that never made it to goal either. Thats why you have to look at those numbers objectively. Experts suggest that people who have WLS are capable of taking off 70% of their weight.... well thats me! But in my mind Im at 100% because there is no way in heck I would ever attempt to lose more than 10 pounds..... right now Im perfect!
So how are your eating habits.. do you snack, do you craze? Are you drinking with meals? Are you eating more carbs and less protein and veggies? These are all important factors to consider sister girl. Okay time for reality, start answering these questions!

Oh my goodness Bridget....such a task master!

I have had issues for awhile about that percent thing. It is very skewed I believe. I am at 70% right now, but that is based on a reasonable goal agreed upon between myself, my OBGYN, and my PCP. I have not asked what my goal should be according to some chart and I don't really care. I care about real life and health. So, I really do need to lose possibly another 30 lbs (which puts me at 135 and 5'1"). I also think the stats are skewed by folks who are not emotionally prepared and just aren't able or willing (not sure which, and try not to judge..........and pray this won't be me) to go to counseling and get involved in support and such. What I am curious about is whether my going slow now (2 lbs in my 6th month) is normal and ok or if it means I need to do major reshaking. I've never actually hit a plateau. My monthly losses are 24, 20, 7, 8, 9, 2. I don't mean to compare, but just want to know if this is a normal pattern if I want to lose 30 more after the 6 month mark? OK, OK, I admit....the end of the honeymoon has freaked me out a little. You drug it out of me.....are you happy now? SHEESH.
