Give your self weigh dates.... me, I only weighed in when I went to see my surgeon, then only once a month after my 6 months, or at support group meetings. Stop the madness with your scale obsession and you will start feeling better right away... guaranteed! Good luck!

I am having the exact same issues, for two weeks now no weight loss. I only weigh myself once a week. The scale is not moving either. I realize that this seems to happen to a lot of people. Do you know of any medical reason this occurs? Has anyone seen any reference materials stating this.
