Thanks for the suggestion. I am getting more adjusted. We have a gym at work, so I have been getting up, having my protein shake, going to the gym by 11:30 then showering and getting ready for work in the locker room. I don't have to be at work until 1 PM. I had some string cheese after my workout. I find that I am then hungry around 3, so today I took my first 15 minute break at 3 and had a small meal. During my actual "lunch break" from 6 to 7, I had some applesause. I premixed 64 ounces of crystal light in 2 sprots bottles, so I had that at my desk. I sit at the end of the row of cubicles, so anytime anyone heads towards the break room, I ask them to bring me some more ice

I was able to stay within my time frames today without any problems. I just need to plan ahead.
