I feel great, am back at work normal hours, have more energy than before the surgery, so have nothing to complain about. Except...

I lost about 20 pounds in the first two weeks after surgery, then....... nothing for the last two and a half weeks. I'm a little bummed out. However, I know that weight loss is not a steady downward trend all the time (I've been through it enough times!) I just didn't expect a plateau so soon.

On the other hand, I'm down over 50 pounds since my initial consultation, I am getting lots of comments on my relative thin-ness, and the clothes that were a little tight a couple of weeks ago are now comfortable.

I've had to adjust my watch band so it wouldn't flop around my wrist, a pair of shoes that became unbearable to walk in any distance no longer bother me, and when I went on a walk at Lake Murray last Monday, I walked half again as far as I usually could do pre-surgery, and although my legs and feet got tired and a little sore, my energy didn't diminish at all!

I'm not getting enough water, and probably not enough exercise. I'm working on that...
