Should I not worry at this point? I try not to eat "bad" foods. I almost dread eating, it's like "Oh no, I need to eat. What am I going to eat?" Ahhhhhhh
I remember those feelings well, and they do pass. I ended up using dry milk in coffee, tea, or hot chocolate a lot (and still do almost 6 months out). That way you can get the liquids and proteins together, which are your two main concerns. You can also add it to soups and foods without the protein supplement taste I came to dread. You WILL get through this! Oh, I used cheese and yogurt too. One thing I liked was tomato sauce.......you can do wonders with a little ground beef, parmesan, ricotta, and mozzerella in sauce. Try and find an item or two you can imagine eating and think of ways to boost it. Good luck and hang in there sweetie.
