I'm almost 4 months out, and still can't eat chicken... everyone is different, of course.
The only kind of egg I can eat is scrambled, not too dry, with some cheese on the top. (I don't HAVE to have the cheese, but it's yummy).
I still do a lot of string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, and protein shakes. (Sometimes some refried beans, too). I just can't seem to "stomach" too much heavier food yet... which is just fine with me ~ it keeps me on my toes, and not cheating a lot.
