I would stay away from the red meat if ya can, and it AWHILE for me to be able to tolerate chicken and eggs.. they are pretty dense foods. So stick with the soft and the crispy.. go to the nutrition section and check out recipes. What you are experiencing is really normal.. domt worry about it n stuff. Ya need to try to be a lil more creative with the foods is all.. the sioft stuff anyway.
I made the mistake of having beef 1 1/2 months out and was sick a a dog.. I left it alone til I was 3 months out. Its all trial and error sugar pea.... (( HUGS )) and good luck!
