Help! I'm having a problem
I really need input from you all. I might not post alot, but I do read often. I don't participate too much because I am a bit shy. But, HELP! I am eight weeks, one day post-op as of today. I am having problems with the pouch rules. Eating protein first is a major problem, eggs (ugh) chicken (double ugh) carne asada (ugh). I am unable to follow the rules. Should I not worry at this point? I try not to eat "bad" foods. I almost dread eating, it's like "Oh no, I need to eat. What am I going to eat?" Ahhhhhhh
