You will only get the best results from plastic surgery (through all the research I have done and by talking to Plastic Surgeons) if you have excellent muscle tone underneath your skin. If you don't have the muscle tone, your results will be disapointing or not as great as expected. So when you can, start doing as much exercise as possible and get that body toned to the max. Thats my two cents anyway.
