I'm pre-op, but wanted to get back to you as soon as I read your post. Everyone suggests re-reading the pouch rules for dummies. You can search on this site - it was just posted a few days ago.
You can get back on track - start writing everything down - things sneak up on you - we're only human. Keep posting - you'll get a ton of support here.
Also - if you have a support group in your area, they might be able to help.
and Dont Panic! There are many wise and experienced people on this forum - they'll help you get back on track.
