Hi John,
My doctor has us take a multi vitamin daily and calcium twice a day, but now wants me to add the vitamin B complex. All of my levels came back normal, and the doctor said it was because I have been doing so well taking my vitamins. She said this had nothing to do with the surgery, but that it is in our genes and perhaps hereditary.
