You will hit plateaus regularly. Frustrating, but it's part of weight loss. Try to stay off the scales... maybe once a month only. As hard as it is, it really will help if you stay off them.
Try doing a search on "plateau" on this site... you will see that we all had to deal with it! No fun at all!
