Default Supplement list

Here's what I take every day:

Prenatal 19 (has iron and folate) prescribed by my WLS surgeon.
Beta Carotene (Vitamin A) Walmart brand
Centrum Complete (well, Walmart brand, actually, but same thing)
B12 Sublingual tablet - tried the liquid, it was icky
Calcium + Vit D - 1500 mg over the course of the day.
Flaxseed Oil - keeps things regular.
