My meals are pretty much the same every day. I'm a total creature of habit and always have been really ..
5:30 a.m: a cup of Kashi Cereal or a cup of oatmeal.
6:30 a.m: a mug of hot choccy wiff my protein powder in it on the way to work.
9 a.m. First break: a banana preferable or some yogurt. I have to sneak in some water at break too since I can't drink while I'm working. 
11 a.m. lunch: A cup of tuna/chicken salad, or cottage cheese with sunflower seeds and soy seeds mixed in, or yogurt and string cheese.
1 p.m. second break .. WATER WATER WATER ..Hot preferably
3 p.m: Another mug of hot choccy wiff protein powder on my way home from work.
3 to 4:30 p.m: I download a buttload of hot water!
5 p.m: Dinner: I try and eat some meat here and get in a veggie. Love a salad of some kind. I have started eating a slice of pizza which is awesome! I bake chicken and portion it out or fish or something! Dinner is hard for me. Cuz this is the time of day I was used to really overating so I still have some mental issues with it.. cuz I'm Mentally hungry but physically .. not soo much
6 to 9 pm: WATER!!
10:00 pm: Snack before bed: string cheese, yogurt, sf fudgesicles, sunflower seeds, or if I'm really wicked Ill have a Skinny Cow Fudgesicle! I tend to sleep better if I have protein before bed
