I get up a 2:00 am
3:00am protein drink w/nonfat milk
7:00am 1C oatmeal and raisins
11:00am 1C lowfat cottage cheese w/1/2 apple and cinnamon
1:00 protein bar, turkey jerky, sugar-free pudding or some other "treat"
4:00pm dinner will be chicken soup, meatball soup, ceviche, crab cake and veggies if I don't have them in soup. This is actually my smallest meal portionwise of the day.
I try and have a nonfat misto everyday and I usually don't get more than 48-50 oz. of water a day.
This is my usual day. Of course, on my days off or when I eat out (which is about 2 times a week) my diet is more varied.
