Okay, I am SUCKING at the eating thing. I can't seem to get regular yet, and I'm letting Scooter define when I am hungry (I had a BAAAAAAAAAD experience today when I dumped on a mustard based egg salad; ugh, I still feel weak and like crap 5 hours later!)
I'm on to soft foods & fish so these are the foods I've been rotating:
3/4c-1c tomato soup w/ 1oz string cheese
1/2c. tuna cake cooked w/ 1 tsp. olive oil
protein shakes (usually takes all day to get through even 8oz)
1/2c. mashed potatoes w/ protein powder & 1/2oz. - 1oz. cheese
I also have baby food, beans, quinoa, lentils, bananas, oatmeal, and cream of wheat to try soon.
Today I've had a 4oz tuna cake and about 1 1/2 oz of egg salad (although it didn't really stay down) and about 6oz water. OY. Help!
