Hey girl.... I just wanted you to know that most Nutritionists reccomend eating 5-6 small meals a day, wether you are post WLS or not. It's the best and most healthy way to eat. Just watch WHAT you are eating. Make sure you are getting enough protein and hydration. Here's a rough draft of what I ate today.
Vitamins
Water
Cevechi with tortilla chips, about 1/2 cup.
Four bites cantaloupe, 1/4 tomato, string cheese.
Zuccini and mushroom stirfry, about 1/2 cup
Cevechi and salsa on cottage cheese 1/2 cup
Dinner will be a taco salad, about 1 cup.
This is supplimented with lots of green tea and water.
