Today:
Breakfast... 6oz FF Yoplait Yogart
Lunch... 5 oz Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast
Snack... 1 cup chopped Cucumber w/ 2 tbsp. Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing
Dinner will be... Subway Turkey Breast Wrap with Red Wine Vinagarette, lettuce, pickle, olive, banana peppers
Daily Drinks... 24 oz coffe with 1 sweet'n'low & 1 tbsp SF Coffeemate French Vanialla, 2 bottles Propel, and water....one 8 oz protein shake
Daily totals:
715 calories, 15 grams fat, 65 grams carbs, 87 grams protein
I am normally between 700 & 1000 calories... once in awhile I squeeze in 1100 or 1200 calories, but it's rare. I can eat about 3/4-1 cup at a meal, less if it is all meat, then I eat 3-5 ounces. I snack on healty things if I find myself wanting something between meals. I have 1 cup of cucumber or green peppers, or an apple, banana, Cambell's Soup at Hand. I don't really count carbs, because all of the carbs I eat are healthy good carbs, not ones that will effect my blood sugar too much. I do count my protein, I try to get above 70 grams a day.
