Elisa,
I'm just about 4 weeks out. I was told to eat small amounts about 5-6 times a day, at this point. My menu varies but usually these are the amounts that I have:
Breakfast: 6 oz SF Yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 cups LF Cottage Cheese
Snack: Protein Drink 8 oz
Supper: Creamed soup made with 1% milk 1 cup
4 saltine crackers
Snack: SF Applesauce with Whey Protein
My Dr. wants me to get in at least 50 Gm of protein and 64 oz. water, so between those meals I'm drinking water, flavored water or hot tea.
