Everything in moderation is my motto. As Barbara said, try a small amount. Wait a few minutes and see what it does. I was drinking coffee at one week and had a bit o' wine around 4-5 weeks I think. As forementioned, you get plastered quickly on very little and you sober up almost as quickly. A word of caution if you have a tendancy towards addictions. Many people trade their eating addiction with alcohol.
