If you hate to exercise like I do, the best possible advice I can give you is to get a walking (or workout) partner and truly commit yourself to a regular schedule. My walking partner and I are extremely faithful with our walks. I know I have to get my butt up in the morning at 5:45 a.m. and get going because Melanie will be there waiting for me at 6:10 a.m. In fact, we're now trying to figure out how we can walk in the rain, so we won't miss a walk!
