Oh - and about protein supps
I still don't (can't) stomach protein in liquid form. I eat a protein bar (Atkins Morning something-or-other) about three times a week... and other than that steadily maintain 70 to 80 grams of protein a day from food. It gets easier as you get further along. String cheese (mozzarella) is my friend. Four ozs = 36 grams of protein. Cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast (13 grams) Meat for lunch (usually chicken or tuna - 20 grams), plus soy chips or nuts of some kind - 5 to 7 grams of protein. Voila!
