Protein drinks: Keep trying until ya find one ya like or add Whey protein into things you do like. You NEED your protein lil lady. There are cofffes with protein, protein waters, etc. Do whatya can, and dont kae excuses. Most stores offer moneyback gurantees if not satisifed, so ask about that, okay?
Loss of strength, Im a total weakling now than ever. I can hardly open a jar anymore-but Im okay with that n stuff. At this point in the game worry about protein and water intake, your body is feeding off stored fat. No need to worry about your body feeding off your lean muscle mass until not much fat is left.
