i had a situation sort of like that, my primary doc had retired, the one who sent me to dr calary, and he gave my file to this doc that was a total asshole. he didn't believe in gastric bypass surgery at all, and told me the problems with my health were my own fault (my knees had started giving me problems and some other stuff) anyway he said i caused it all by having the surgery done. i was pretty upset so i called his nurse and she said he had a bad "manner" with everyone, she had me call the HMO and request a doc who was versed in GBS and who recommended it and had patients who he had followed up. so i was sent to a wonderful doc and he worked with me and answered alot of "is this because of my surgery" questions. also, i bought a new exercise video called "pilates for weight loss for dummies" it is awesome and easy to do. it lasts for 35 minutes. you need to exercise to KEEP off your weight once you loose it all, get used to it and find something you like.
