Lisa thanks for the tips. I think as the week progresses (I just had my very first meal) it will get easier and i'll find some good choices (I think I'll try chicken tomorrow). 1/4 cup of pureed chicken / fish isn't really that much which is what concerns me, but I'll supplement with a shake per day and see where I end up. She said I could have up to 1/2 cup serving if I could fit it in but I don't want to push it - especially right now.
