Thanks everyone - I do feel better, both mentally and physically. It was the hardest time of my life - seriously.
But now here's my question / concern. The nutritionist wants me to get 60-70g protein a day and she said MOST of it should come from food (she wants me to only have one shake a day which is 30g protein so the other 30-40 has to come from food for now). My egg salad was a whoping 7 grams. Then I waited an hour and a half before making myself some tea to drink. How on earth do I eat that much in a day?? (this is too funny because I've been dying to eat and now I'm worried that I can't eat enough to meet my requirements!).
