But, can I really expect to lose another 55 lbs in just 4 mths? Or is he just trying to play a psychological game with me?
He said that that I've currently gone beyond goal/expectations for my 4 mth period. Maybe he's afraid I"m going to slow down now and he wants to push me; I just don't know.

I think it's possible, but agree that you shouldn't obsess. Follow your rules, increase exercise and see how it goes. I wouldn't be surprised if you did it though. The only reason I am a little skeptical is that now your body is used to fewer calories and it already shook that initial weight loose. It's normal to slow down a bit to 1-2 lbs a week. I've been at that rate since month 3......but it still adds up. And remember, I lost a size after maybe 20 lbs when I was bigger, now I can sometimes drop a size in maybe 10 lbs.......it's a bigger portion of what's left.

You are doing fantastic though......keep it up!
