Time, fluids, and protein will make you feel like a different person. Those first few weeks where I liken it to hibernation. Your body is lethargic because it is trying to conserve energy when no food is coming in. Once you can get the protein in that you need, consistently get in more than 40 ounces in you will feel soooooo much better. I used to go into a coma everyday at 4:00 in the afternoon, but by week 4. Have not napped since and feeling great. It will come!! Keep your eye on the prize.
