CHIN UP LISA!

Woman, you are NOT doomed, believe you me. This is your new lease on life! I've been having some trouble, too; needing to take naps in the middle of the day, still having to ask people to pick things up for me, feeling weird in public, Scooter (my pouch) being an arsehole about EVERYTHING, but guess what? This too shall pass

Do you journal? That's really been helping me out. I sit down and write every day whether I have something to write about or not. It feels good to just get the pen moving and (hopefully) prevent any gigantic meltdowns. Also, walking helps me bigtime. Even when I think I'm feeling really lethargic and nauseous and basically like death warmed over, strapping on my iPod and jumping on the treadmill for even 10 minutes at a time really picks up my spirits.

C'mon Lisa, you have to get out of bed, even if it's just to walk to the door and back; I promise you it'll get better!

Hang in there
