Default Thanks all

Thanks for the validation, it was just something that I had realized recently and putting it to paper helps to get it out and acknowledge. You can't change what you don't acknowledge.. (dr. phil) He is good for a few good sayings. I did the therapy for almost 10 yrs all the while gaining and losing weight. So I didn't feel like I needed to revisit that. I had learned it just didn't put it into play yet. Now that food has been taken away from me on the addictions.. and all the others have been eliminated, yes I've gone down the path with drugs, food, sex, spending, gambling, etc etc. Hate alcohol, so that would never be a problem.. and now I can ultimately deal with the real issues. It has been a quick ride for me, and thank god I was given a 3 month job sabatical because that is what really helped me in coming to terms with where I'm at. Yes everything does happen for a reason. Glad that my post helped. Suzy
