I'm tired but I force myself to work out every day, I lucky to get 350 calories a day and to top it all off this week, my 3rd week out I didn't lose any weight. I've only lost 16lbs since my surgery. I've done this before presurgery so no I don't feel a sense of accomplishment just frustration. I want my money back!
Any suggestions on what I can do to start getting some results?

If you are really only getting 350 calories a day, you are starving and your body is conserving. You will lose weight that way but slowly. You need to get in some more calories, like double what you are getting now. Maybe try some Ensure or Boost, I know that is a bad word for you right now but you will get it down and it is calorie rich.
Just my 2 cents.
