Hi Samantha!
You're in almost the exact same position as me, although my highest weight spiked at 355 (and I'll be 25 in may, but hey, close enough!) Marty's advice is bang on (oh Marty you smarty!

) and I can say that, personally, getting up to exercise was not at all hard, except for that very first time in the hospital, and even though I was shocked at how easily I was able to putter around once I got my feet shuffling. I know this might sound unbelievably weird, but my favorite parts of the day right now are when I jump on the treadmill and just walk and groove to my iPod; I can already do sustained walking for 30 minutes at a time (going around 1.5mph), so you might REALLY surprise yourself with how quickly you bounce back (I know I sure did!).
