Thanks for the information. Adding it to my piles of papers. I've just spent the last hour doing research on "brain food". I'm working with a bunch of high school seniors and juniors who have not passed the Calif. High School Exit Exam yet, and trying to find the best food for them to eat before taking the test next month.
