Not the only thing to change
Hi Tabitha,
Funny you should mention that your taste buds changed. That happened to me the day after surgery. I went from really disliking water to only wanting to drink water. The diet, sugar free popsicles I ate were way too sweet to tolerate! My first bite of chicken was horrendous! Now, I can eat it just fine. I can't do the Crystal Light or Propel waters because they are too sweet, but I can do iced tea with sweet 'n low. It's only one of many changes that you will notice and I imagine they're all normal.
The thing I'm dealing with currently is that my hair has officially started falling out more than normal. Oh goody, goody. That too, I know will get better.
My favorite change throughout this whole process though is the amazing results I am getting from losing weight!
So, although there are some disappointing changes, being a LOSER is one of the best out of the bunch!
