Not sure if this will help you but I keep individual 1oz pkgs of cheese with me so I can eat those when I get the munchies. They take the edge off and have protein in them. I commute over an hour each way for work and one of the ways I gained a lot of weight was stopping to eat during that commute. Now I have a cheese stick about 10 minutes before I head home. It takes the hunger off and keeps me satisified until I get home and can make supper.
