Hello to everyone on the board.

My name is Erik. I had gastric bypass surgery on June 9, 2003. My pre surgery weight was 389lbs, and I'm 6'4''. To date I'm @ 236lbs @ 13 % body fat. I initially got down to 210lbs, but discovered weight lifting again. I've put on a lot of lean body mass since.

I love talking about my experiences with the surgery so please don't hesitate to ask questions.
