My surgeon really turned me loose with food, said I could eat anything that I wanted to try. Well there is sucess and failure. However I know that my tummy will hold about 5 bites and so I decide daily what those 5 bites will be. There is only so much you can eat and you have to get in protein ... so I made my choices that way. I have not had chips, anything sweet, and nothing cabonated. I have dumped on too much fat... I tried green beef enchiladas .. 2 bites and well... never again.
I don't want to even try anything sweet, because if I DON'T dump I don't want to know it... I would rather have it in my head that sweets will make me sorry.
I am trying so hard to be diligant in all things. That includes the gym 6 days a week.
I am with Diane it is a slippery slope for me too.
