Tread lightly
I have lost a total of 40 pounds in 6 weeks, an average of about 6.5 pounds per week. I have had chips and occasionally eat a bite size piece of something sweet. I was "snacking" and it made me scared that I was ruining my surgery so I started to count calories and I barely clear 800 per day even with occasionally "cheating". Just be careful and don't overdo it, make sure you aren't eating too many calories. If you do eat chips, opt for baked ones. If you are craving that salty/crispy taste/flavor, try cheez-its or goldfish; they are both very cheesy & salty, but are baked so have less calories!
Best wishes to you!

Love like you've never been hurt, work like you don't need the money, dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening.
