I eat 3 times a day sometimes 4, but not very often. I still have little appetite. I eat a lot of salads, soy crisps, cheese. my big weakness are cheese crackers with peanut butter, but I try to only have them once a week or split the pack and have 3 one day and 3 the next. Since my appetite has been so bad, I have resorted to drinking V8 and Juicy Juice to get calories in. I think I might manage 3 oz per meal, but sometimes it is less.
