Yogurt is a soft food and 6oz will go through your pouch really quick. When you eat more solid foods like steak or chicken you will feel more of a full feeling. I personally do not like to eat to that full feeling, the slightest pressure in my pouch and I stop. Here is what I eat and it has been the same for the past few months
8AM protein shake
11AM breakfast- egg with cheese or oatmeal
1PM lunch yogurt and 2 cheese sticks
4Pm snack protein bar
6PM dinner 2 oz meat, few bites of veggies or salad
9Pm SF jello with light whipped cream (this is my weakness lol)
75 OZ water and all my vitamins

Hey Laura...how many ounces is your protein shake? Do you drink it all at once, or does it take you awhile?
