I guess the situ is that they're kinda replumbing us a bit, and that changes things, including hormones. So, it's really a crapshoot, unfortunately.
2 years ago, I lost 130 lbs on Weight Watchers (put a great deal of it back on, dammit!) Anyway, that's when the perimenopause started (could be timing, could be the weight loss - who knows?) Also, that's when they found out that I had thyroid nodules and a goiter (sounds like something someone's maiden aunt would have - I can just hear my mother...."Carolyn, at Thanksgiving dinner, don't stare at Aunt Esther's goiter!")
Long story short (okay, not so short) - you never know how it's going to affect you. Everyone is completely different with hormones, etc. Your age is a factor (you're young still!)

haha a total dinner table response. yeah im still young.. i guess ill see how it goes once im there. i was on birth control pills a long time ago and had GREAT periods, but i used to get extremely bad migranes every month. I took myself off them, no more migranes. Just horrible periods. I want to go back on BC but im scared of side effects. and the whole blood clot warning... i dont know! scary things... what do u think?
