I learned more from this forum than I did at the education meetings and I have not attended the support groups due to the topics that are covered. Ours tend to go over the EXACT same info at every meeting because people don't know the basics. I feel that we never quite get to things about how to cope and techniques and all. It's more like, here's what to do......now do it........shame on you if you don't. I just don't get much from it.
