Old habits do snea back in. I know in my case those habits didn't start until I was out about 16 months. I am now almost at 2 years. I maintain my weight but I exercise 5 days a week and eat pretty smart. I found that I spent some $$$$ and went and saw a dietician/nutionist, she really helped me to recognize what it was I was doing with my diet and why. You also may want to go and get some counseling. The DR fixed your insides not what is happening in your head. Sorry if I am too blunt.
