Talking Snow skiing in your new body

Mammoth Mountain (7hrs. car trip from S.D.) just got dumped with 4 ft. of snow and will open this week!!!!!!!!!! I know that there are bound to be a few skiers out there (or want-a-bees) that can't wait to hit the slopes in their new bodies! Where are you? I bought a season ski pass for this winter and plan to do weekend trips up there. I'm looking for people to share the trip with. Email me privately if you are interested. I plan to join the San Diego Ski Club again so that I can stay in their lodge's dormitory rooms for $20/night, making it a reasonably priced weekend. Skiing is fabulous there, especially compared to the L.A. mountains. So make this the year that you get off your butt, take a risk, and LEARN TO SKI. See you on the slopes!
Perhaps you haven't yet learned to snow ski and decided that this is the year! Come take lessons!
